Job description
This person will be responsible for the recruitment of engineering/technical candidates for both internal and offsite job opportunities.
- Source resumes and potential candidates using a variety of resources (internet, databases, social media, networking, etc.)
- Qualify, interview and submit candidates to hiring managers for review
- Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews
- Participate in offer process, candidate negotiation and employee onboarding process
- Maintain and update internal resume database
- Assist in the management of corporate Internet sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Work closely with sales team on client job openings, including customer interaction
- Create and manage job opening ads online
- Develop network of candidates for future opportunities
Qualifications
- College degree strongly preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in recruiting (technical/engineering experience preferred)
- Any knowledge or background related to engineering, design or manufacturing would be a plus
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
- Excellent communication skills a must
